Haystack includes a full-featured 7-day free trial with no feature restrictions. We encourage you to use the trial to verify that the software runs correctly on your machine and fits your workflow before purchasing.
Refunds
Because a free trial is available prior to purchase, we generally do not offer refunds on completed transactions. All sales are final.
If you believe you have an exceptional circumstance, you are welcome to reach out and we will consider your request on a case by case basis.
